Insight Technology Solutions, Inc., is seeking strong technical professionals for a long term project in support of a high profile client in Columbus, OH. We are in need of A+ or MCP certified candidates to support and assist all Help Desk /Technical Support functions.

This is a long-term project and we are seeking candidates who can start immediately. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills, previous Help Desk or Technical Support experience and hold a minimum of a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, or be eligible to maintain one.

We are looking for candidates that are experienced in the following:

  • Install of New PC's or Laptop Computers
  • Installation of OS's
  • And Or Re-Image GFE unit after coping data, PSTs and preferences
    Ensure printers, network and or local printers are re-assigned to correct users
  • Verify operation capabilities; access to the internet/intranet, and e-mail
  • e-mail migration
  • Network connectivity/printers
  • Sign-off and acceptance via testing, accessing and validating users operational status

Required Skills:
All candidates must be US Citizens. We are looking for top-notch individuals with call center experience to support this project. We need individuals who will be able to assist end users and a backload of technical support calls. All candidates must have great troubleshooting skills.
