General Summary: Plans, organizes and directs the Providence Specialty Pharmacy program for Oregon and southwest Washington. Plans, organizes and directs Home Services Pharmacy programs to include Long Term Care pharmacy services, Specialty pharmacy services, Home Infusion, compounding for PH&S hospitals and medication use management. Responsible for budgets totaling $40 million in gross revenue. Responsible for department personnel totaling 50 FTEs.
Required: Current Oregon Pharmacist License. Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
Preferred: 2 years experience as manager of an Infusion and specialty pharmacy program and 2 years experience as a Home Infusion pharmacist. Masters degree in business or related healthcare field.
