The President develops strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. EAS is a for-profit, start up collection agency, located in Round Rock, Texas tasked with collecting defaulted student loans on behalf of the Federal Government, Colleges, Universities and loan holders across the United States. The position oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. Candidate should be able to effectively manage large government contracts; preferably the Debt Collection Services Collection Contract administered by the U.S. Department of Education.

Experience and Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree, or requisite qualifying experience above the minimum experience required may substitute for the degree on a year for year basis.

· Nine years of related/ management experience five of which is at a senior level

· Proven ability to build a team and hire the right employees to fill critical positions.

· Complete understanding of all aspects of business leadership with keen insights to driving collection results

· Affinity for and understanding of all technology aspects of collection clients, Demonstrating and applying a strong customer focus to deliver superior service

· Ability to travel approximately 30-50%

· Prior experience with a national company that has been awarded a U.S. Department of Education Debt Collections Services contract or similar in a key management position, or equivalent qualifying experience is expected.
