IT Specialist

Well established company seeking an IT Specialist in Omaha, NE. Ideal candidate must have good mechanical aptitude in electronics and electrical work. Candidate must also have through knowledge of Windows operating systems and all its aspects. It is imperative that the individual have excellent people skills and phone etiquette, as well as be a good listener. Candidate must have excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

§ Ability to install, repair and maintain computer based recording equipment

§ Network experience with a good working knowledge of MS Operating Systems

§ “Help desk”, trouble shooting and remote diagnostic expertise

§ Good communication and problem solving skills

§ Working knowledge of phone systems (66 block, digital switches, trunk and extension level calls)

§ Closed Circuit TV experience

§ Must have reliable transportation

Salary and Benefits:

§ Full time permanent position

§ $24K to 35K per year

§ Excellent benefits including pension
