Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with key clients to identify growth, cross-sell and retention opportunities
- Direct strategic, customer specific initiatives, which deliver "value added" services through the execution of client specific business plans
- Expand our account penetration for existing customers
- Coordinate and influence superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships
- Establish and maintain "strong and appropriate" level relationships with customers and consultants; ensure senior management has customer specific "board level" contacts
- Provide feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients
- Maintain a high level of healthcare industry knowledge as well as customer's industry
- Attend open enrollment meetings
- Drive educational campaigns
This position does require up to 25% regional and national travel.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Previous healthcare experience is required; managed care experience strongly preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience with strategic account management (consultative) is required

Bachelors degree is required

Experience working for a Fortune 500 company or managing the relationship with a Fortune 500 company is strongly desired

Strong experience giving presentations to a C-level audience is required

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience working with HSAs, HRAs, FSAs or other consumer-driven health products is necessary
