Overview:


Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Senior Accountant - Systems in our Divisional Accounting department.

Key Accountabilities:

    • Maintain the accounting for the Macy’s Charge Card Accounts Receivable and the accounting/settlement relationship with Citigroup.
    • Maintain third party receivables (Visa/MC/AMEX and Debit Card) and accounting and settlement receivable.
    • Maintain utility payment processing and relationships with utility vendors, CASS, Retail and Support divisions.
    • Special projects related to Credit Accounting.
Skills Summary:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required.
    • 3-5 years of accounting experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
    • Programming experience, whether through education or job experience, is preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
