Operations Manager - LEAN Manufacturing: The Albrecht Group

THE OPPORTUNITY

**** This position is located in Southern Maine, just 2 hours from Boston

Our client is a large manufacturer of consumer beverages, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in beautiful northern New England . They are seeking an Operations Manager to manage the entire production process to ensure performance targets are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the entire production process to ensure balance and high level Customer Satisfaction

· Perform Performance Mapping of all department activities

· Supervise and develop a team of people to meet business requirements

· Lead implementation of LEAN Manufacturing System

· Manage both internal and external regulations, procedures and policies

· Maintain strong relationships with internal customers, suppliers and support services

· Monitor and identify continuous improvement initiatives

· Ensure compliance to GMPs and 5S processes

REQUIREMENTS

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years in Operations Management
• LEAN Manufacturing expertise
• Outstanding PC skills
• Food and Beverage experience a plus
