Job Responsibilities

A client of Berdon LLP has an opportunity for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable Clerk.
This Prestigious Commercial Real Estate firm located in Manhattan is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts receivable clerk.

In this position your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
  • Abstracting of all leases and input into computerized accounting system (Skyline).
  • Prepare monthly billings, enter cash receipts & prepare daily deposits.
  • Monthly calls to tenants in arrears.
  • Reconciliation of tenant accounts.
  • Occasional preparation of journal entries.


Reports directly to controller.

Minimum Education & Other Requirements

5 years of experience preferred
Strong computer proficiency
Good communication and technical skills

Commercial Real Estate experience required
