Parking Maintenance Attendant - Baylor Univerisity Medical Center - Dallas - Weekends

The Parking Maintenance Attendant under general supervision, conducts scheduled cleaning and general maintenance program for all parking garages and surface lots on the Baylor Health Care System (BHCS) Dallas campus. Maintains appropriate records to document program activities. Performs cleaning of, and minor maintenance on, all parking related equipment.

I. Maintains appropriate log(s) of all cleaning and maintenance activities performed for each garage/lot.

II. Performs minor repair/maintenance on parking related equipment, such as replacing gate arms, reloading ticket dispensers and clearing jammed ticket dispensers.

III. Reports actual or potential safety hazards to on-duty parking supervisor through completion of safety hazard reports.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous experience preferred.

Valid Texas Driver's license required.

Good driving record and criminal background
