What we expect from you!
- BS ME or equivalent with 3-10 years prior experience as a sales engineer
- Previous experiences with fastener and mechanical component specification is essential with a demonstrated track record of surpassing monthly and yearly sales goals.
- A solid understanding of industrial distribution is needed.
- Ability to excel within a developmental / top-down, solution selling model
- Organizational skills to manager schedule and travel in territory
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
