Position Description:

Responsible for managing Brocade's joint development engagements with development partners, including the establishment of joint objectives and driving toward milestones and product release. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with partners through timely completion and market delivery of defined joint technology or products and building strong relationships internally with cross functional teams to establish and manage internal alignment of the project goal and objectives.



Qualifications:

Successful candidate will have demonstrated and measurable success in executing joint development partnerships and/or partner management in the Storage or high tech industry.

? B.S. degree or exceptional experience in similar role, 7-10 years experience in alliance or project management experience.
? 3-5 years working in a business partner program
? Demonstrated technical background in storage technology and products
? Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time with this position

The candidate will possess an outgoing personality with an obvious passion and drive to succeed in a highly competitive environment. The ability to think “quickly-on-their-feet” is a must. This position will require the candidate to be a forward thinker and constantly seek-out and formulate win-win relationships and drive successful execution.

The candidate must be capable of working fully independently and with cross-functional teams at Brocade. Heavy partner alliance and OEM interaction is required and the candidate must be an excellent presenter, evangelist, and represent Brocade in a positive manner to partners.

The candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Previous experience with Cisco, QLogic, Emulex, or EMC is desirable.
