Position Description:
Ther-Rx seeks a Marketing Research & Business Strategy Manager. This position will support the Director, Strategic Planning & Business Analysis in providing analytical and decision support to the Ther-Rx marketing and sales team. Primary responsibilities include market research, competitive intelligence research, sales and manufacturing forecasting, and commercial analysis for business development opportunities. Create weekly and monthly performance and metric reports including accomplishments vs. objectives, product and competitor promotional activity, sales force size and structure, create competitive landscape grid and conduct project forecasting and return-on-investment analysis. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who is organized, attentive to details with excellent quantitative analytical skills. Experience in branded pharmaceutical market sales/manufacturing forecasting and commercial analysis is required. If you have the ability to work in a team environment, have strong oral/written communication skills, and are able to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines consider this opportunity. MBA strongly preferred; BS in economics or finance acceptable. 2 to 4 years prior market research, business development, strategic planning and forecasting experience in the branded pharma market required.
