Directs and integrates for maximum impact, three major areas within the Business Development Department under the direction of the VP of Business Development: marketing, special events and outreach, and public relations. (1) Marketing: coordinates and organizes team to deliver all practice promotion activities related to the successful promotion of physician practices in collaboration with the Senior Manager in charge of Direct Response strategies. Supports successful web marketing strategies for websites by producing graphic, video and print deliverables for the Senior Manager in charge of the web; directs and supervises development and ontime production of all spoken, print, online information about services and products, including newsletters, brochures, posters, flyers, banners, signage, online materials, on-hold and outbound audio and video messaging Supervises Graphics Manager and team in all production. Produces materials needed by sales functions , including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, brochures, banners, displays, and billboards. (2) Public Relations: Accountable for successful press and public relations strategies designed to maximize positive exposure, reputation and expertise in local, regional and national media, including supervision of local and national PR firms and in-house talent and pitches, including creation and management of all press releases and press communications. (3) Special Events and Outreach: responsible for effectively managing resources to deliver high quality special events to reach designated target markets, as well as outreach strategies to target markets including employers and schools in partnership with the sales team, with activities including but not limited to physician speakers bureau, health fairs, informational kiosks, promotion of website links; responsible for directing and coordinating all supporting materials .Award winning group with highly experienced staff, fast paced environment Requirements Must have Healthcare experience.
