Business analyst



Description/Comment:

The Sr. Business Analyst performs the following duties:

* Assists in the initial analysis of potential defects and responds to questions on the functions and capabilities of the Xcelys application.

* Coordinates the resolution of Core Defects with the Client client, the Xcelys teams, and any Third parties.

* Upon request, provides a monthly trend analysis of core defects to management based on team standards.

* Works with the Client client to collect requirements, develop URDs ( Requirements Definition documentation) and SRSs (System Requirement Specification documentation) for enhancements to the Xcelys application.

* Schedule and coordinate walkthroughs of documentation with the Client client and Xcelys support teams according to the standard processes.

* Develop enhancement estimates of work.

* Develop test scope and test case documentation, and execute system tests.

* Record defects encountered during testing and work these to resolution.

* Provide status reports weekly and provide status information on enhancement projects upon request of the ADO manager.

* Support Level 1 and Level 2 certification processes.
