Our client is a premier international branding firm and a market leader within its niche. This firm manages the strategic branding processes for some of the world's top consumer products and professional services groups. Their client portfolio ranges from luxury automotive companies to cosmetic groups, pharmaceutical companies to financial services firms. This is an innovative group that disrupts convention.

Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Director of Strategy who can lead the client engagement within Strategy function and take the lead role in assigned brand strategies.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

· Engage in far seeping branding dialog and become the client’s confidant and counsel
· Simultaneously, explore further opportunities for the firm to add value.
· Take lead role in the creation of assigned clients’ brand strategies
· Provide coaching and direction to the appointed project teams
· Play the leadership role within strategy to expand the firm's practice and product offerings
· Lead problem, team and process structuring

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

· Passion for creating measurable impact on client deliverables
· A strategic thinker, who possesses the ability to comprehend the big picture, but also has close attention to details
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· 4-year degree is a must, MBA preferable
· 10+ years of experience in branding or creative consultancy
