Education The Canton Are School District is seeking candidates for the anticipated position of: Technology/ Audio- Visual Assistant This anticipated position is full time, with benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance) included, available December, 2009 with a salary of $10.00/ hour. Candidate Requirements: Extensive understanding of Operation Systems such as Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 07, as well as software applicatios including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Also preferred but not required: Experience with any of the following: Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit Software applications, Schoolwires, e-school books, e-grants, PDE Portal, Black Board, Performance Tracker or Blended Schools and knowledge of audio- visual equipment and PA systems. Education(preferred but not required): Equivalent to the completion of as Associate of Arts, or a minimum of thirty (30) units of course work in computer science and computer networking and/ or Industry Certifications.
