Regional Manager Opportunity

We have a Regional Manager opportunity for a nationally well-known retailer requiring softlines or hardlines experience. The select candidate must possess strong communication skills as well as leadership skills. This person would be responsible for building revenue, talent, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager must also maintain team relationships with headquarters business partners. This position is to be based in the Northeast.

Qualifications:
  • Previous Regional Management experience
  • Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
  • Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote associates
