SUMMARY
Manages the preparation of worldwide financial statements including multiple domestic and international entities for a privately-owned enterprise. Ensures proper maintenance of accounting records, compliance with Corporate accounting requirements, and assists the Corporate Controller in developing and enforcing global accounting policies. Drives innovation and value-added improvements to the reporting process.
Researches and analyzes various complex technical accounting matters as they arise. Works on special projects, reports or analyses as required by management related to accounting and reporting matters.
Works cross-functionally to partner with the business to support strategic imperatives that
drive the business. Helps the organization gain financial insight into the business, improve decision making and performance management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops, coaches, mentors and trains subordinate staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations; recommends salary adjustments; rewards employees or takes disciplinary action, as necessary; addresses complaints and resolves issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years Accounting or Finance experience to include supervisory or managerial experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
