MDS RN




Shoreline Healthcare is recruiting for a MDS Coordinator Looking for someone with a positive attitude and are up for the challenge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete nursing assigned MDS items, Care Plans and conferences on a computerized system.
  • Participate in the resident Care Plan Meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current License as a RN
  • A minimum of 1 year MDS experience
  • Candidates must have the ability to work independently
  • Current CPR certification
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with patients and families
  • Must possess sufficient communication skills and writing
  • Oversee the highest quality of care
