District Manager - "Value Oriented" Retailer



A Value oriented retail chain is looking for District Managers to support their growth. Districts average 7 to 10 stores. The stores average about 15,000 square feet in size and around $5 million in volume.

We are working on a number of assignments across the country.

Company is looking for candidates who are merchandise oriented and have multi-store experience. The small store size and volume means that DM is very "hands on " in the store.

In addition to base salary of up to 75k, candidate also provided car, bonus opportunities.

Note: We are an executive search firm. As a result, job requirements are non- negotiable. Your background must match requirements to receive consideration.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous District Manager/Regional Manager experience with a major retailer.
  • Prefer grocery or hardline store experience.
  • Will relocate candidates to market
  • Strong track record of success.
  • Diversity candidates a plus
