PROJECT MANAGER

Gale Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, is seeking a staff Project Manager for its construction field office in Hammonton, NJ through approximately February 2011. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong experience & understanding of all typical construction documents relative to building construction (core, shell and interiors), architectural, structural, MEP, civil drawings, specifications, and contracts;
- Project schedule development and maintenance (fluency in Microsoft Office or Primavera is a must);
- Trade contractor procurement and administration;
- Trade coordination - shop drawing/submittal review & processing; administration and resolution of RFIs;
- Fluent in use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email applications;
- Prepare purchase orders and change orders;
- Process requisitions;
- Estimating & Cost Reporting;
- Enforces company policies relating to safety and quality.

The applicant must have:

- College degree, Engineering degree a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager;
- OSHA 10 certification minimum, OSHA 30 preferred.
