HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Bedford, MA) JONES LANG LASALLE-the world's leading real estate & services firm seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician in the Bedford, MA area to perform general maintenance on all facets of facility equipment & infrastructure. Maintains regular & consistent attendance & punctuality, service documents, & communicates to appropriate individuals any issues or concerns, project completion timelines & workload priorities. Also performs all facility equipment repairs. Good verbal & written communication skills are required, along with a min. of 2 years field HVAC experience with trade school training OR 5 years total field experience. We seek a self-motivated individual who can work independently or within a team enviornment. Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs. frequently, a valid U.S.driver license, & general computer skills (E-mail, Internet, Microsoft Word) are a plus.
