We currently have two Full-time (40-hour) Phlebotomist openings at our Patient Service Centers on the Cape. One is located at our Provincetown location, the other at our Wellfleet location.

In this role you will deal closely with patients and collect blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary from patients, perform EKGs, pulse oximetry, and point-of care testing on inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of work experience is required. Candidates must be high school graduates with a certificate from a recognized program in phlebotomy or prior documented experience performing phlebotomies. Basic life support certification within 3 months of employment and maintenance of annual competencies in BLS are also required. You must be reliable and able to work with physicians and co-workers as well as independently with minimal supervision. Computer skills: Outlook/MS Word and Excel/Lab IS Meditech are also needed.
