Human Resource Manager: ECI Employment Choice

POSITION SUMMARY: All areas of HR including but not limited to: recruiting, employee relations, new hire orientations, benefits, compliance and payroll. Previous project management experience a plus. Previous experience implementing recruiting strategies that focus on time and cost reduction a plus. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE SKILLS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields. Master Degree preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred. 7+ years Human Resource experience in an exempt role.
