Marketing Sales Representative

Position Description: Established janitorial company is seeking an experienced sales person with a marketing background to expand our janitorial division and promote our new water restoration & restorative drying division.

Responsibilities:
-Using cold calls to establish contacts and set up meeting with estimator and potential client for a tour of the facility and price quote for services.
-Set up and maintain database with contact information of potential clients.
-Set up and maintain a follow up program with potential clients using mass mailing, phone contact and or follow up visit to the facility.
-Provide timely and on-going activity reports as required by management.

Skills/Education:
-College degree or equivalent in sales/marketing related experience.
-Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects and clients in a professional and timely manner.
-Cold calling experience with proven track record.
-Strong personal and presentation skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Goal oriented individual with a sales mentality

Salary: $30,000-$40,000
