Electrical Engineer Prater-Sterling, a manufacturer of customized process control systems and material weighing systems located in Sterling, IL, is looking for an Electrical Engineer. The ideal candidate must have experience in Allen Bradley hardware such as PLC, SLC, CompactLogix, VFDs, and Soft Starters; Minimal experience in Rockwell Software products such as RSLogix, Factory Talk Studio, and Panel Builder programming. Must also have a basic knowledge of industry standards and experience in electrical design using AutoCAD. Customer Service skills & the ability to troubleshoot required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or 5 years experience is needed. Overnight travel required.
