We are currently seeking a full time Employee Occupational Health Clinical Coordinator/Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Employee Occupational Health Coordinator is responsible for the establishment and management of Occupational and Employee Health program services. Also will provide first aide/refer for minor work-related injuries/illnesses to appropriate practitioner, perform screenings/vaccinations, provide case management, manage workers' compensation and transitional duty program, and coordinate safety and prevention measures to support optimum hospital standards.

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in occupational health, employee health, ambulatory care or emergency medicine as an NP

  • Knowledge and experience with disability management, basic ergonomics, ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, OSHA, Workers' Compensation statutes, applicable NP/PA acts and all regulatory requirements

  • Experience with return-to-work programs

  • Current California Nurse Practitioner licensure with active furnishing license

  • Current BCLS certification

  • Training/certification requirements for 49 CFR Part 40 drug testing
