East West Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Position Description: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MORTGAGE DIVISION We are currently seeking experienced RELATIONSHIP MANAGER in our Mortgage Center. This position will be responsible for the following: 1. Identifying, acquiring, growing new and existing real estate mortgage loans, which includes 1-4 unit and multi-family income properties through both retail and wholesale lending network. 2. Coordinate the entire application process. 3. Promotes quality mortgage loan customer service and related activities 4. Supports the retail branches in their mortgage sales activities and assist in cross selling other banking products. 5. Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate creditworthiness prospects for loans. 6. The ability to interact with high net worth clients. 7. Responsible for attaining established individual, department, and Bank sales goals. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 - 5 years real estate lending and/or banking sales experience with a proven track record in business development. Strong full-cycle sales skills including lead generation and client management. Must possess excellent oral and written communication and people skills. Great base salary plus commission package.
