    THE POSITION
The Netflix Logistics Supervisor directly impacts the success of the company by effectively supervising the receiving of shipments, inventory control and disposition of DVD’s. RESPONSIBILITIES This position is a very hands-on supervisor opportunity. You will be involved in the inventory and process control element of Hub operations. • Accountability for aspects of Operations including but not limited to: Systems, Logistics, Inventory and Process Management, Materials, • Hands-on management position. Supervision and problem solving regarding operations and workflow issues. Resolving day-to-day issues. • Managing/tracking inventory • Training entry level employees on aspects of logistics and process management • Ensuring Operations staff productivity • Tracking and reporting inventory numbers on a monthly, weekly and daily basis to the Logistics Manager • Consistent and timely communication with employees regarding production goals and expectations • Identify and quantify potential supply chain improvements. • Assist in developing project scope and timelines • Manage day-to-day activities of ongoing projects QUALIFICATIONS • Must have good Judgment and Common Sense Approach to Business • Excellent problem-solving skills in all areas of responsibility • Clear oral and written communicator regarding expectations, issues, and project management skills • Ability to garner the loyalty and trust of direct reports • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in applications such as the Internet, Email (Outlook), MS Word, and MSExcel • Second level hardware and software troubleshooting • Must have a “can do” attitude with a sense of urgency and dedication to the success of the overall business mission • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to pass Criminal Background and Employment Checks EDUCATION College degree preferred sid: 125 For quick consideration apply here
