Basic Qualifications: Must possess two or more years of experience in an analytical position. Must have experience utilizing advanced functions in Excel such as filtering, sorting, and determining data integrity.
Core Competencies: - Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with using office productivity tools to create and edit complex reports, graphs, and presentations, convert information from one format to another, use advanced functions, and generate non-standard reports from business applications/databases. - Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methods to manage single projects of moderate complexity, gather budget information, gain support from stakeholders, monitor and report project status, and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery. - Demonstrated experience working with or leading cross-functional teams. - Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to understand and appropriately respond to project manager's and clients' business needs, and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others. - Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation and data. - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results. - Must be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. - Must demonstrate excellent business mastery, including the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. - Must demonstrate excellent management mastery, including results delivery, team building, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation. - Must demonstrate strong personal mastery, including ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
Typical Responsibilities: The successful candidate will support the Corporate Environment, Health, and Safety (CEH&S) Management System program by providing and taking the lead in system documentation, assessments, task management, access management, and system enhancements and by supporting user training, report creation, and technical support. This position will also support data requests and provide necessary data for Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) compliance reporting requirements. Typical responsibilities will include: Providing implementation support by attending compliance workshops and system updates to support identified processes; Creating and updating training and communication materials to reflect current processes; Updating and maintaining the program manuals and tools; Supporting end user training needs through one-on-one and ad-hoc training; Supporting task management, requirement changes and user access utilizing established procedures; Performing routine assessments documenting results and communicating deficiencies; Performing audits of the system, changing approved access of permission; Creating standard and ad-hoc reports in response to end user and management requests; Supporting CEH&S Compliance with deliverables for the General Rate Case; Tracking user requested process improvements and providing recommendations for implementation; and performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
