Independent Living Skills Trainers Needed Complete Independent Living Skills assessments and develop a goal plan with the consumer to increase their ability to live independently in the community. Demonstrated willingness to work with consumers in other Medicaid funded services. Bachelors degree and two years experience completing functionally based assessments, developing a comprehensive treatment plan and teaching individuals with disabilities and/or seniors to be more functionally independent OR a high school diploma with 4 years similar experience.
