Are you interested in working for a progressive and innovative company? Promega Corporation is looking for a Project Manager to lead a world-wide ERP implementation and ongoing upgrades and enhancements. This position will lead and manage the ERP project team consisting of Promega business staff, the ERP vendor, and an implementation partner.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience leading successful ERP implementations and major upgrades and enhancements.

· BA/BS degree and 5-10 years of progressive experience managing business processes with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle E-Business Suite, or SAP ERP systems.

· Strong functional/user expertise with ERP software and processes, preferably in manufacturing, finance, and customer service.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners.

· Experience with project management methodologies and proven ability to lead project teams.
