PROJECT COORDINATOR Full- time position. Coordinates and delivers all prevention, intervention and treatment initiatives of the Monadnock Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coalition. Responsibilities include program and staff management, community organizing, developing and maintaining funding source requirements at federal, state and local level. Qualifi cations: Must have BA or BS degree in a health related fi eld; a minimum of two years of post degree experience in community organizing and leadership. Work experience with youth and/or substance abuse programs desired. NH Prevention Specialist Certifi cation preferred. PROJECT COORDINATOR/ OUTREACH SERVICES Part-time position. Assists in planning, execution and finalization of Monadnock Family Resource Center projects including MFRC certification, budgets, marketing, publicity and evaluation of its programs. Works independently and in cooperation with the Director, inter & intra agency and community partners. Qualifi cation: Bachelors degree in Education, Community Organizing, Public Administration or related fi eld and two years experience in program development. JOB DEVELOPER Full-time position. Under the direction of a written Individual Service Plan, and following a referral by a case manager, provides community employment supports to adults with a severe and persistent mental illness. These services may include the provision of mental-illness management supports in a variety of employment settings. Develops and maintains relationships with community employers and other vocational programs to increase collaborative efforts. Qualifications: BA in Human Services or a related fi eld and one year of experience working with persons with severe and persistent mental illness, preferably within supported employment services; demonstrated communication skills; ability to transport consumers when necessary to achieve treatment goals; good driving record required. CLINICIAN Full-time position. Provides outpatient assessment, treatment, referral and consultation and education services, substance abuse, including individual counseling, couples and family counseling when appropriate, and group treatment. Qualifi cations: Clinical Masters degree, licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire. VETERANS OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN Full-time position. Provides outpatient assessment, treatment, referral and consultation and education services for Veterans with mental behavioral health needs, and substance abuse, including individual counseling, couples and family counseling when appropriate, and group treatment.
