Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Position Description:

Full-time position based on the Harnett County Campus. The successful candidate will supervise college maintenance staff and contracted cleaning services. Duties include overall maintenance of Harnett County facilities, including Lillington Adult Ed Center, Dunn Cosmetology, and West Harnett Center. Successful candidate will order supplies, post schedules, coordinate with Physical Plant Manager and support Harnett County Campus sustainability, energy efficiency, and recycling efforts.

Required Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in institutional or facility maintenance with supervisory experience including the supervision of cleaning crews and/or contracted cleaning. General working knowledge of facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Facility or Industrial Maintenance

Work Schedule: Mon. - Fri. others days as needed
Salary: Hiring Range: $2300-$2800 monthly (12 month schedule). Benefits included.
