Jackson, TN Job Description : Performs a variety of laboratory tests and assays in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations in a designated technical department. Interprets results, subject to verification by Technologist/Supervisor, and providing allowance by State regulations. Ensures accurate testing of specimens and conducts/documents quality assurance procedures as outlined. Reports accurate and complete results to client within established time frames and in accordance to departmental protocols. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and documents appropriately. Troubleshoots and corrects billing/ account issues. Hours are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8am-5pm and Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Job Requirements : An Associate' Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent preferred w/1-3 years experience. Must possess a TN MLT license. |
