Has a immediate positions in all areas to provide support to the Liability Claims Department manager with the day-to-day work flow including but not limited to direct responsibility for five claims supervisors; monitoring personnel performance and training needs; counseling; claims evaluation, adjudication and customer service in accordance with agreed quality and production standards.

• Extensive peril knowledge; bodily injury, automobile property damage and no-fault claims handling.

Background and experience

• College degree or equivalent industry-related experience, i.e., ten years of successful work history with a record of advancement in automobile insurance claims; three years prior management or supervisory experience.

• Minimum of five years of claims experience .
