Includes quarterly target setting and performance reporting, establishing working capital objectives to manage company free cash flow (FCF), and assisting with quarterly investor and Board reports Assist in capital markets activities, including balance sheet forecast, capital structure analysis, and debt/dividend/share repurchase activities Support other Company initiatives including negotiations and execution of Solar contracts, new business integration, and PLC initiative. Support review and approval process for capital projects in excess of $5 million including sr. management review at Risk Management Committee (RMCC). Qualifications MBA with 10 years business experience relating to capital markets and project/financial analysis Ability to model P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, discounted cash flows, and conduct risk assessment on a company and projects basis. Experience in negotiations and developing contract/commercial terms for major projects Demonstrated ability to work with, and understand, legal, tax, treasury, and accounting on an international basis Self starter with track record of presenting to senior management and participating on projects with little mgmt supervision Cross functional exposure to Sales and Business development a plus Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in its workforce.
