Job Description:
Manages loan servicing activities. Develops or participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to administration and collection functions such as insurance, taxes, investor accounting and loan purchases/sales. Resolves unusual administrative or collection problems. May recommend foreclosures and/or participate in foreclosure activities. Ensures that appropriate procedures, regulations and guidelines are followed. Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. A portion of time may be spent performing tasks related to the unit or sub- unit. Generally supervises semi-skilled nonexempt employees. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
