Job Description

•To coordinate production order flow from program planning to production control.

•To provide continuous demand/capacity management.

•To develop, improve and monitor performance indicators that act as early warning to ensure a stable production order flow.

•Key User for program planning and demand/capacity management systems

Role Responsibilities

•Proactively prevent disturbances within the production order flow through analysis of order bank, weekly programs, production capacity, supplier capacity and manufacturing processes

•Maintain a leveled and smoothed program

•Develop, improve and monitor KPI’s.

•Introduce operating change

•Coaching and facilitating

Job Requirements

3-5 years in program planning and/or production control.

Skills

•Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic

•Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written

•Computer savvy – MS office skills, particularly adept at Excel and Access, PowerPoint skill will be needed.

•Integration – joining people, processes or systems

•Influencing and negotiation skills

•Problem solving

•Resource management

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role

Required: Program planning and production control systems

Desired: Systems EPL, FPL, FAVAS, autoBKM

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)

Ability to support ~50% travel during 1st year, then 10% in future years.
