Radiology Technologist I 70637

This position performs prescribed radiographic procedures by following department/hospital policies, procedures and protocols.

Position Available:

Per Diem

On Call as needed

Holidays required

Performs radiographic exams of a complex and sophisticated nature in area of qualification, following physicians' orders, using independent judgment, and applying the learned methodologies in accordance with established policy and procedures within Medical Imaging and throughout BHS.

Reviews films to assure adequate quality of radiographs.

Performs vein puncture as necessary according to hospital policy.

May periodically act as preceptor to students-orients to department, coordinates training schedules, provides direction, and evaluates progress.

Graduation from AMA approval Radiology program; A.R.R.T registered Radiology Technologist; CPR certification.
