Job Description
•Oversee the service providers operating the energy and utility facilities •Responsible for tracking process costs and availability of energy and media supply
•Monitor and control energy consumption of the plant •Meet and exceed company goals and objectives
Role Responsibilities
•Manage the energy und utility supply for an automotive assembly plant.
•Administration service providers in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives
•ensure processes meet safety standards, quality standards, environmental, and OSHA regulations
•Create a continuous improvement environment to develop best in class production system
•Cooperation with Health & Safety and audit teams
•Recognizing and rectifying bottleneck situations
•Monitoring the work regulations and accident prevention regulations
•Instructing the teams in what the company's objectives are
•Providing instruction and guidance about required techniques and regulations
•Guaranteeing that production is on schedule and with the required quality
•Optimizing production, production quality and the cost situation by recognizing the potential for rationalization & by improving workplace design and safety
•Coordinating and tracking dates for preventative maintenance and repair with the corresponding organizational units
•Coordinate activities of all suppliers for energy and utility facilities management
•Coordinate activities with the facility management team to eliminate environmental problems due to equipment issues
•Meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements
•Monitor waste, quality, cost, and productivity, with improvement activities for assigned areas of facility
Job Requirements
