Job Description: SharePoint Senior Consultants and Architects
This position is for a senior level technical professionals. We are looking for senior level experts in SharePoint Services. In addition background in other Microsoft technologies, VMware and EMC Storage would be helpful.

• Design, Implement and Maintaining a SharePoint Infrastructure


• Operational deployment and support for the SharePoint Portal in the areas of system administration, security support, system builds and deployment including:

o Development of system requirements, designs, deployment plans, and testing for other applications to be integrated with MOSS
o Support to maintain traceability of all phases of development to include system requirements through testing and deployment
o Provide input support to security staff for security accreditation
o Provide tier III support to the portal user community to include assisting users development workspace sites and document management (posting, searching and retrieval of content)
o Support for updating and maintaining portal documentation
o Support for developing Quick Reference Guides and Standard Operating Procedures

• Operations Support for testing and staging portals that mirror the operational Portal


• Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software


• Provide support for backup and disaster recovery


• Support web site development to modify the portal look and feel at customers’ direction.


• Update and provide input to management status reports and prepare briefings related to the portal.


• Serve as technical liaison to other technical vendors providing hardware/software/integration services

Requirements:
· Candidate must have prior experience with MOSS installation, configuration, customization and support, 3 + years
· Microsoft Office SharePoint Server certification(s)
· Experience leading technical project teams is highly desirable
· Prior experience working in structured environments and demonstrate ability to follow operational best practices (e.g. ITIL Configuration Management)
· Experience with VMWare is highly desirable
· Knowledge of EMC Storage is desirable

Education/Certifications:

BA or BS degree in CS or a related field or related experience.

Clearance:

For this position you will need a Secret Clearance.
