This job consists of Account Management services for clients using the e-Commerce Systems. The person will manage an existing portfolio of clients, support new clients, cross-sell additional modules into existing clients. They will manage renewals and provide input to Product Management on enhancements and new releases.


As an Account Manager, e-Commerce Systems, you will:

  • provide account management for existing clients
  • analyze customer problems, needs and requirements, and then position the products and/or services to resolve/meet them
  • ensure that customers issues are dealt with efficiently by the other internal OSI areas, as needed
  • provide contract and renewal management
  • coordinate, as needed, with Core account managers to meet the needs of the client
  • identify opportunities and sell additional features of the e-CB Systems into existing clients
  • represent product line at customer events and Client User group sessions
Required skills

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • ability to work unsupervised - self motivated
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • ability to quickly gain product knowledge
  • excellent understanding of the financial services industry
  • strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
  • prior account management experience is preferred but not required for the right indivi
