Management Openings: Maxway-Bargain Town Division

Store Managers:
We are continually looking for experienced store managers that would like to become a part of a fast growing company that offers an individual the opportunity to utilize their managerial skills and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have two years or more experience managing a retail store with a sales volume of 1.5 million or more. The candidate should possess good communication skills and project positive leadership with the ability to select, train, review, and retain employees.


Qualifications and Skills Required:

- High school diploma or GED
- 3-4 years of related experience in retail management with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
- Demonstrated level of proficiency and knowledge of human resource management, merchandising, and store operations' policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, planning and leadership skills.
- Team oriented work style.
