Hahnemann University Hospital is the hub of adult health services in Tenet's PA Region located in the heart of Philadelphia and serves as a referral center for heart disease, trauma, oncology, transplantation and many other specialty areas. Hahnemann is a tertiary care institution with a large percentage of beds dedicated to intensive care.

This 618-bed teaching facility specializes in cardiac services, heart failure and transplantation, OB/GYN, medical and radiation oncology, bone marrow transplantation, renal dialysis and kidney/pancreas transplantation.

The facility includes the Heart Hospital at Hahnemann, a 198-bed dedicated unit that opened in 1993 as one of the first cardiac centers of its type in the region. The Heart Hospital offers a complete range of tertiary cardiac services. In 1986, Hahnemann became a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center for adults and is served by University MedEvac, an aero medical transport program for critically ill patients.

We have established a bone marrow transplantation unit. We offer kidney and kidney-pancreas transplants, as well as comprehensive advanced cardiac care, including heart transplantation. We are centers of excellence in cardiac surgery, cardiology and neurology, and as a forerunner in other emerging medical fields.

This position is located at one of our off site facilities in MARLTON, NJ.
This position is responsible for overall development and management of the day-to-day office operation of the Orthopaedic Surgery Department at a designated practice location. The Office Manager implements and maintains quality patient care and throughput by planning and coordinating department activities. The Manager is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with referring physicians and their staff and will act as a liaison to provide quick, competent, professional services to the practice’s patients and the referring physicians. The Manager works directly with the Physicians, Operations Director, and the Chief Operating Officer to plan and achieve growth of the practice by properly identifying and developing business opportunities for the practice. The ideal candidate will have Athletic Training experience.



Qualifications
Training & Education:
College degree in affiliated health field. Experience in orthopedic care preferred.
Experience:
Experience in orthopedic setting preferred. Management experience or training a plus. Marketing experience preferred.
Athletic Training experience is highly preferred.
