District Operations Manager: Diamond Glass, Inc.

Diamond Glass, Inc. is currently searching for an:

District Operations Manager

Position Description:

• Oversee the daily management of each branch staff in assigned territory
• Ensure the proper preparation of daily work schedules and assignment of specific duties
• Review financial statements, sales and activities reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement in each assigned branch
• Perform monthly branch audits at each location
• Ensure that customer needs are met and complaints are resolved
• Provide quick, efficient and courteous customer service
• Develop recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing levels
• Regularly rotate travel throughout assigned branch network
• Complete other related duties as assigned, including supporting Company Road Map initiatives

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years in automotive industry
• Proven excellence in training and mentoring a large staff
• Previous management experience preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communications, analytical and project management skills
