Director of Human Resources: Gilbert Consulting Services, Inc (GCSI)

Our client company is a prestigious, financially-solid, global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider that has an urgent need for a Director of Corporate Human Resources. The successful candidate will be mentored by the Vice President of Human Resources for preparation to step into the VP HR role upon his retirement. In this high-visibility position, you will work closely with the members of the company’s “C” level executive team to evaluate, design, and revise their corporate compensation and benefits packages along with other HR responsibilities. This exciting, fast-paced working environment will present an excellent opportunity for the Director of Corporate Human Resources to excel as they progress their career.

* MUST HAVE: Experience working in an Electronics Manufacturing environment.

* 5+ years Corporate Human Resources experience.

* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required.
