JOB SUMMARY
Under functional supervision, responsible for the overall sales results of the Property and Casualty Sales Department. Accountable for goals and strategies directed at achieving profitability and growth. Manages all aspects of the recruiting and development program while working with other team members for the training of all new Consultants. Drive and cultivate our relationships and cross-selling with other bank partners. Creates a team vision and goals with a positive and optimistic attitude toward challenges and changes. Exhibits good leadership qualities.
