Business Intelligence Modeling Analyst: Trinity Home Health Services

**THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN OR SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.**

POSITION PURPOSE
The Business Intelligence (BI) Modeling Analyst is expected to design, document, implement, and maintain the logical data models (Universes, Cubes, Analytics) and associated Meta-data presented within the Business Intelligence delivery tools. The Analyst participates in model reviews to validate that the data model conforms to established requirements and that appropriate documentation has been developed to support the model. The Analyst maintains the change control processes for development and production environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology and a minimum of three (3) years experience in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Certification in an IS technical discipline or related health care business field is desired. Two (2) years experience in developing and maintaining logical models and designs within a data warehousing environment and Business Intelligence toolset, including, but not limited to, Business ObjectsTM, Crystal, SPSS, ESSBASETM or equivalent. Experience in design, use, integration of data modeling tools and processes into Business Intelligence delivery, Business ObjectsTM, Designer/supervisorTM or ESSBASETM. Knowledge of HealthCare data, batch and/or HL-7, Electronic Medical Record and associated nomenclatures or general business systems (General Ledger, supply Chain, etc.). Experience within the Healthcare Industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across capability group boundaries. Must possess the ability to work in teams. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
