We own a successful short sales company and a marketing company that focuses on helping people that are having tough times. We also teach & coach people how to make money in the down market in foreclosures.

Many people out there try them and fail, however due to what I know, they close and we make money. I don't work for anyone, I call the shots and I own my own day. No boss, or deadlines. I play by my own rules and am looking for people who want to do the same.

I have no gripes about paying $4.25 for gas or traveling when I want wherever I want, I'm not up to my eyeballs in debt and not stressed out. Do you want the same?

Through our extensive education system you will receive training in financially sound real estate methods. We fund our deals using proceeds from direct marketing.

The office is located in DuPage County, and we have a presence in Downtown area, however many people work from home once they grasp the basics.

The hours are very minimal and can work around your current schedule. If you have a 9-5...don't worry about it.

The compensation can be estimated to be between $1,000-+10,000/month depending on output and ability to grasp the concepts.

This position is PART-TIME or FULL-TIME

You would be using our direct sales approach to secure prospects as you utilize your real estate education how ever you deem fit.
